Responsibilities :
- Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to high school students (ages 15–19).
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement teaching plans aligned with the school’s academic guidelines, including syllabus design, lesson planning, and post-teaching reflections.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Assess students' performance through various methods, including grading assignments, creating and marking exams, aligned with the regulations and policies of the school, Thai education authorities, and other related authorities.
- Monitor Progress: Track and analyze student performance to identify learning outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Professional Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance teaching skills, class management, and assessment methods as required by the school.
- School Event Support: Contribute to school events such as open houses and orientations, supporting engagement with parents and prospective families.
Qualification :
- English Native Speakers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics or related fields.
- Be able to teach Physics in English to high-school students (ages 15-19)
- English proficiency (preferred scores: TOEIC 780+, TOEFL iBT 65+, IELTS 5.5+).
- Proficiency in designing course syllabi and detailed lesson plans
- Strong understanding of educational evaluation methods aligned with curriculum standards
- Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster an inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds
