Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and services.
- Consulting to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
- Closing sales deals.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Monitoring sales performance by day, week, month.
- Track and keep a record of calls and relevant details by sales CRM system.
- Prepare and present achievements with individual OKRs.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Proven experiences as a Telesales Officer with at least 1 years.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in Telesales and consultant in education business would be highly advantageous.
- Working Monday to Friday : 09:00 am. - 18:00 pm.
