Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Development
• Lead the product team to develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business goals.

• Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring products are effectively positioned for growth.
• Analyze market trends and user insights to refine product offerings.
Marketing & Sales Collaboration
• Supervise the marketing team, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and support product growth.
• Work with the sales team to investigate challenges, optimize sales strategies, and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Align marketing, product, and sales efforts to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Strategic Growth & Leadership
• Identify key growth levers and implement initiatives to scale the business.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to product, business development, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, growth marketing, and business expansion.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business impact.
• Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
