What You’ll Drive
- Creative Brief Management – Develop content briefs and coordinate with graphic designers to produce creative materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Platform-Specific Content Strategy – Understand brand positioning and target consumers across different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to tailor messaging and boost engagement.
- Content Ideation & Production – Propose new creative ideas and develop content that drives awareness, engagement, and sales. Support production when necessary.
- Content Planning & Calendar Management – Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all digital channels.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign goals and brand strategy.
- Copywriting Support – Collaborate on content writing to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing engagement efforts.
- Quality Assurance – Review all media before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Performance Monitoring – Track content performance and social media analytics to optimize future content strategies.
- Workflow Coordination – Receive and distribute content and design tasks from various departments to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing and social media management.
- Proven ability to create and execute content strategies across social and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Familiarity with design and content tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills — both internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
