Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the organization's proprietary e-commerce website, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimized user experience and analyze site traffic, conversion rates, and revenue

- Ensure product listings, descriptions, and visuals on the website are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.

- Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

- Analyze sales performance trends and develop actionable strategies for growth.

- Collaborate with the internal team to set up and optimize performance marketing strategies, to integrate all e-commerce site functions, including planning, merchandising, marketing, UX/Tech, operations, and analytics.

- Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with proven success managing proprietary e-commerce platforms.
- Strong background in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with analytics tools
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies.
