Social media run their companies' public accounts, which they use as vehicles to interact with clients. Ultimately, most social media use their platforms to drive engagement and sales.
This role will be responsible for building a social media presence for our brands. Social media will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

What You’ll Drive
- Campaign Ownership – Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with brand goals and drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Content Creation – Develop platform-specific content (written, visual, and video) that is original, on-brand, and optimized for reach and interaction.
- Brand Presence – Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring an engaging and professional online presence.
- Influencer Marketing – Identify and collaborate with influencers to support brand campaigns and maximize campaign ROI.
- Community Management – Foster a healthy online community by responding to comments, moderating discussions, and ensuring a respectful environment.
- Customer Service Support – Oversee interactions on social media to ensure timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Performance Analysis – Monitor KPIs, track competitors, and analyze campaign results to improve future strategies and maintain competitive edge.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
- Proven ability to build and grow social media communities across platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, influencer engagement, and platform trends.
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design and media production principles.
- Skilled in using analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal collaboration and external influencer relations.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
