What You’ll Drive

  • Engaging Learning Experiences – Deliver dynamic Chemistry lessons that spark curiosity and deepen students’ understanding of scientific concepts in a bilingual setting.
  • Curriculum Design & Implementation – Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with both Thai and Australian academic standards, including reflective teaching practices.
  • Student Assessment & Growth – Evaluate student performance through a variety of tools — assignments, exams, and projects — ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Academic Progress Monitoring – Analyze student outcomes to identify trends, learning gaps, and opportunities for personalized support.
  • Continuous Professional Development – Participate in training programs to refine your teaching, classroom management, and assessment strategies as required by governing educational bodies.
  • Community Engagement – Play an active role in school events such as open houses and orientation sessions, helping to build a strong, inclusive school community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native Thai speaker with the ability to teach Chemistry in English to high school students.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field.
  • Strong command of English (preferred scores: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, IELTS 6.5+).
  • Experience designing effective syllabi and lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational assessment techniques aligned with Thai and international standards.
  • A culturally responsive mindset and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom for learners from diverse backgrounds.
