Product operations is an emerging discipline designed to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating product launching with Product Manager, Academic team and Operation team
- Create product schedules and communicate with internal teams
- Launch product & promotion information in the back-end system and through various online platforms
- Work with Customer Care and the Production team to discuss continuous process improvement
- Support the work of the marketing department and help to coordinate with various parties involved
- Create and send purchase order for the department in order to produce textbooks and various equipment
- Support the team with product sales & promotion reports and analysis in order to adapt the product to the needs of the market
- Manage various documents accounting documents of the marketing department
- Carry out any other tasks that may be required of you from your line manager/team leader
Qualifications:
- Welcome New Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent required
- 0 - 1+ years of related business experience or Product Operation , Admin , Coordinator or Purchasing experience
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Clear Communication skills
- Can - do attitude ,Strong team player who can work with a diverse team
