Responsibilities:

- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products

- Use various data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and digital analytics tools

- Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment

- Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products

- Create, develop or improve for new and/or existing products

- Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and insights

- Develop customer personas and profiles based on research data

- Provide insights on competitive positioning and opportunities for differentiation

- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Product Marketing ,Academic and Teachers

- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights

- Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits, and product testing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business preferred

- 3+ years of related business and Research and Development / Product Development and Business Development

- Great Project Management skills

- Great problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important

- The ability to communicate well with customers, colleagues, and lower-level staff

- Strong analyst data skill
