Responsibilities:
- Plan the sale management strategy in the responsible area
- Support and plan to stimulate the sales
- Monitor the sales and analyse the tend to increase the sales
- Coordinate with the school to create event in which increase the number of customers
- Fields Research to collect internal and external data in which effect the sales
- Summarize the area sales to incentive for the branch
- Manage the teams in the branch
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Age 25-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, marketing or any related fields
- Experienced in sales or marketing at least 3-5 years
- Be able to work in the working area
- Good personalities and mindset
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work across provinces as required.
- Flexible to work on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) based on operational needs.
