What You’ll Drive

  • Territory Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement robust sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics, with a focus on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and hitting ambitious targets.
  • Sales Force Optimization – Lead, coach, and performance-manage branch sales teams to ensure consistent productivity, pipeline velocity, and conversion results.
  • Growth Acceleration Initiatives – Identify high-potential growth zones and aggressively activate campaigns, school partnerships, and local events to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management – Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively adjust tactics and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Relationship Building – Forge and deepen partnerships with key schools, institutions, and local influencers to expand brand presence and create high-impact engagement channels.
  • Field Intelligence & Market Insights – Conduct in-depth market and field research to uncover barriers, trends, and whitespace opportunities; translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Incentive Design & Target Setting – Drive accountability through the creation of incentive frameworks and performance dashboards to align branch outcomes with regional goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans at the area level.
  • Operational Agility – Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer experience excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with regional or field sales responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and building high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work across provinces as required.
  • Flexible availability to work on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) depending on operational needs
