Job Description

- Creating and enhancing products that match the needs in the market.

- Initiate new opportunities and new business ideas

- Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses, and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Explore new opportunities and develop new products and initiate launch plans for each market.

- Analyze sales and develop improvement plans.

- Manage and work with agent and partner schools to achieve sales targets.

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals

- Planning & initiating marketing content & communication strategies to effectively engage target audiences across different platforms

- Planning & initiating marketing materials (e.g., social media content, articles, brochures, presentations) that align with business objectives

    Qualifications:

    - A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS or related field or an MBA.

    - A minimum of 0-3 years working experience

    - Open to considering fresh graduates interested in Business Development and Growth Mindset

    - Experience in innovation, business analysis, consulting or a related field is a plus.

    - Passionate in student counseling or improving education or studying abroad.

    - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
