Job Description:
- Label prospects and qualified buyers from various entry channels and pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
- Contacting new and existing customers through calls to follow up on Ignite activities or learning progress for increasing sales opportunities
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
- Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
- Consulting basic admission requirements for international programs, presenting suitable Ignite courses to clients and answering questions about Ignite products when needed and explaining products and service features to clients.
- Data and NPS Collecting
- Adminstrating information and contacting students from Live Class and Miniclass to facilitate team operation
