The Go-to-Market Strategy Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to successfully introduce new campaigns or services to market, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and tactical execution to drive maximize revenue, engagement and achieve long-term growth.

What You’ll Drive

Go-to-Market Strategy Development

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new campaigns or services, including target market analysis, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Define clear value propositions and messaging that align with target audience needs and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital and social media) to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Use marketing tools to streamline processes, segment audiences, and personalize messaging.
  • Oversee campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust tactics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Budget and Performance Management

  • Manage the go-to-market budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, including market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, adjusting strategies to achieve targets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the success of go-to-market efforts and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Monitor post-launch product and campaign management performance, gathering insights for future launches and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in go-to-market strategies, leveraging emerging technologies and new channels to stay competitive.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive effective and innovative marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team , Sales Operations and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies with overall business goals.
  • Lead the coordination between stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and campaign management, from concept through execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, go-to-market strategy, or related functions with a focus on product and campaign success.
  • A proven track record of leading successful product launches and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset — comfortable using insights to shape strategy and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a deep commitment to customer needs and market relevance.
