Business Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the team's products, process and goal to further develop strategic plans.
- Analyze team strength and weakness to identify both educational and business potential partners and department development plans.
- Research and be always up to date on current educational trends and new methods of learning.
- Align LIC strategic plan with the company's ones and ensure that team's business plan supports or goes the same way
- Conduct market research, explore business opportunities, and identify new potential partners to work with.
- Prepare a presentation, proposal, set up meetings with potential and existing partners.
- Build long term relationships as well as initiate learning/ innovative projects with clients and business partners.
- Negotiate terms and agreement with both potential and existing business partners.
- Collect requirements from the working team and identify clients' need for particular projects.
- Execute projects to develop and fill needs of LIC according to business plan analysis.
- Design project execution outline including objective, budget, resource, and milestone, etc.
- Coordinate with internals and externals to ensure that the projects run smoothly and in timely manners.
- Handle task as assignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years + of experience in strategic planning, Partner& Business development or related field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytic and strategic planning skills and be able to turn the information into a vision and execution plan
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Be able to work both individually and as a team
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
