Job Description: Content Creator
The Content Creator will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing engaging content across various platforms to increase brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and enhance the company’s online presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency in digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
- Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites.
- Write blog posts, social media captions, and promotional material tailored to the target audience.
2. Video and Multimedia Production:
- Plan, shoot, script and edit short-form videos.
- Adapt multimedia content for different platforms.
3. Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns.
- Research and incorporate trending topics or timely themes to maintain relevance.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and voice.
4. Social Media Management:
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across social channels.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, shares) and optimize content strategies accordingly.
5. Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, design and editor to support broader campaigns.
- Partner with influencers or creators to amplify reach.
- Brainstorm new content ideas with the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g., Canva and Cap cut).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and SEO principles.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
